I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The kind of higher management. They don’t trust their employees. Specially Umang shekhar(Medley Glycekare ZSM) who feels that he is the hitler of the company. He believes in partiality.
