Nothing....!!!! I could have given zero star for job security,culture and work life balance. One of the worst company in my entire work experience. The company have no vision, started by father 50yrs ago and still not a big company, other companies like Ajanta and macleods came from behind and are much more organized and successful. Still if you have decided to join this organization learn to accept illogical strategies and brainless and useless bosses. Just learn to nod head in yes and follow bosses instructions blindly even if it is not in company's interest and it happens more than often. Even a grocery shop is more organzed, people in senior position are enjoying their lives and making huge money, may God give some senses to the management....Read More
