No coordination with the higher level

Nothing. bad work culture, no holidays, no bonus, 5% yearly hike, no growth, pay for others mistakes, dependency as less staff, no talks, forced attitude, no canteen, no extra activities, and much more. come and see

very boring as not resource for work support. work on ur own for the task completion even you r not know to that area. Bad work culture without any appreciation for good work. no bonus.
