95% of HO staff are girls who have no knowledge and experience. Still capable of commanding the field staff. Experienced field staff are leaving the company due to the torture of the super coordinator. Medhaj's market has become very bad. It will become difficult for them to get staff in the coming times. Which has already started. There are many sycophants in the head office. Their HR takes money and appoints people. You can learn things here whole year but don't ask for appraisal. Because they have 2 cr turnover but they are not giving any appraisal to you so think about this. Only Lucknow Employees gets benefits of anything from company side. A very big company.
