It's more like a house than a company. Salaries are often delayed, usually around the 8th, 9th, or 10th of the month, and often paid incorrectly. The owner, Amjat, is very rude and doesn't treat employees well. He often blames agents for poor sales performance, regardless of gender, and sometimes makes inappropriate comments.Nivetha is dishonest and has cheated customers by booking pickups for export and taking their money without delivering the goods.The facilities are minimal, including a lack of proper dining areas.
