The HR will call u for applied position and ask for money. 10k for applied 10k for knowledge they will provide and 5k for experience letter. Total 25k you will pay to maxgen technology.

I was intern for Android native in maxgen intial 1 month is great but after that my project leader is gone after that no growth is happen there

Paid internship and again request for money to join maxgen as fresher and the money which will get cut from salery

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
