The company provides regular training programs to ensure smooth flow of work. Induction, training programme for new products. Each individual can express their ideas related to cost cutting and work flow.

Dislikes

Here work pressure is very high. Sometimes you have to stretch your working hours. I do receive appreciation from managers and sales team. But they go unnoticed during year appreciations.

Work Details

I love my work. I had very good working environment where all my collegues were very supportive and cooperative. Handling walk in customer, attainting queries regarding new business. Most challenging part is getting things done from sales agency.
