Every thing was ok But agency culture is not suited and not supported by customer service as for Banka experience working he has not adjusted in that culture better way to leave the organisation

In agency culture every day time passed till 12 to 1:30 pm at branch for only seating and agent calling after that remaining days customer not meeting everyone have to give in a single day two time commitment in office head cabin it's very horrible and very useless and hopeless just daily 4hr every day 365 days time passed for giving fake commitment

WORST DIRTY POLITICS IN MAX LIFE GHAZIABAD BRANCH LIKES BYJU'S

Dislikes

Office head ( Arun Malik) & Manager ( Pravin Rai )are both involved in dirty politics especially in Ghaziabad Branch. They charged 600 to 1000 INR FOR GO MEET EVERY MONTH IF U JOIN THE COMPANY ON 31ST OOF ANY OF THE MONTH THEY WILL CHARGE U 600RS.

Kindly change Chennai 1 Branch caltural, my manager forced by family policy login, almost I login 1 lakhs, I can't able to run my family, finally terrible balance family expenses, my son school fees also, branch office head and RSM ARE WOST BEHAVIOR FOR ALL EMPLOYEES

Despite providing all the necessary documents and following the correct process, my PF claim was rejected without a clear explanation. The lack of communication and support from both the insurance team and Axis Bank has been frustrating. I’ve reached out multiple times, but the responses have been vague, with no one taking responsibility for resolving the issue. This level of inefficiency and lack of transparency is unacceptable, and I expected much better service from such reputed organizations. Great Support - in all levels. security guard, to ap sales , Bm , RM, back office, Hr team. And all colleages. In my health issues I received great support. I dont want to name. All team as Max life ❤️

After morning meeting, and training we used to on field, morning meeting is lasting from 9.30am to 11am then we went🙏on field, 12.00 to 5 pm (field) and 5.30 again💐 come to office . till meetings last. Usually house wife, retired persons ask home visit after 6 pm, when they have family at home.. But that🙏time😭 evening😂meeting.

The updated promotion criteria is like that only 50% of the total increment will be added in TFP and rest 50% will be given as bonus is worst . My ctc was increased only by 25000 even after achieving 500-600% of my target . This is utter disappointing and demotivating.
