"I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Max Life Insurance through the Axis Bank channel, especially regarding my PF claim. Despite providing all the necessary documents and following the correct process, my PF claim was rejected without a clear explanation. The lack of communication and support from both the insurance team and Axis Bank has been frustrating. I’ve reached out multiple times, but the responses have been vague, with no one taking responsibility for resolving the issue. This level of inefficiency and lack of transparency is unacceptable, and I expected much better service from such reputed organizations. Best manager I ever had. Friendly caring person over all. Job was good. No pressure and stress help in every section.

Dislikes

Work was pretty less most of the time and you have to take initiative if you need some help. Pay was also not so good should have included some travel allowance.
