As I working since 2014 before it was good culture and working place.but from last 1year it has been changed colleague's are not behaving good , office head is doing politics.no hike in or appraisal are done .no safe job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
