Fake commitment from hr department before joining about in hand salary, After joining totally different in hand salary coming. When I talk zonal hr she is not giving a proper solution. Also they are sending employees for field work but they are not paying petrol expenses to employees. Means you have not earn anything in your take home salary hike. Hr department is to much confused and roude. Saturday Sunday working. Also daily 9.30 to 8.00 timing average. Means no work life balance.
