The product we are working on is not improved.No growth opportunities and the job is not stable.The attrition rate of this company is really High.The leave and incentive is the worst.

There was no proper real time induction for my batch due to covid.It was hard to get on the work at the beginning but one will get used to it.There is high target pressure so work-life balance might be affected.Leave and incentive policy is not good.
