Organisation is good but people selected and sitting in higher posting is corrupted The management doesn't value the people who is putting their 100 effort for the growth of organization There will not be a direct touch with the management and bottom level

I worked here for 2 years started as a single person in sales put my 100 percent effort for the growth of sales and made somany records The next level manager changed all came into chaos because they had appointed the people where they doesnt even know what's the process The organization will won't go into deep just blindly belivewhat's the higher level person says they will blindly belive without knowing what's the exact core of the issue If u start asking the managers fault they will start to dig the grave at the back and they will influence the person to turn against you if they can't touch u in official matter they will make our personal into official Honestly saying there is so many policy in this company but there is no uses of all this policy just for name sake they are keeping it I trusted this organisation and joined here now I regret of working here for 2 years...Read More
