Promotions are given after certain round pf interviews taken by random people. Appraisals were not up to the mark last year. And average appraisal, year before that.

Work life balance is pathetic, increment is done in pennies and managers and higher hierarchy gets more benefit. Strict deadlines and even you have to work on saturday and sundays

A year back it was a great organisation with almost perfect work- life balance. The company has now become highly toxic no good work culture, no management support, forceful return to office and technology is lacking so much behind.
