1. You can be fired anytime irrespective of your post and performance. 2. Every 6 months 10% job cut company announce. 3. Some manager are not professional. 4. Salary hike is just 5-6 %

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
