They paid you higher salery and within 6 to 9 month company is asking you to resign. Also they are not paid you to notice period salery and experience letter.

Dislikes

They interview though video call. Within few hour they selected you for job After selection they negotiate salery and provide you offer letter within one day. When you join the company thay will not provide joining letter at the time of joining. Company have no vision and no any target. Also there are no any SOP. Even managemant also not support for this. In this company there are two employee group one is old employee and second is new joinee. So old employee are not supported you and they play politics and compliant against you. So resultant you are frusted. Within 6 month thay started searching your replacement from market. When new employee ready to join they told you on same day for resignation. Without any reason. And also they people were not paid you for your past month salery till you are not submitting your resignation. After resignation they are give you only 1 month notice period.
