I'm HR & Accounts Executive at Marutee. I loved working here because of the following reason 1. Work Culture- My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from Directors and managers, employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts 2. Work Life Bal.- My company has 5days work policy. Which is more than enough for me. At Marutee, employees are expected to be productive for 8hrs and finishing the task as per the deadlines is considered important. 3. Marutee gives importance to each individual and always considers employees opinion before any major decisions taken. 4. If you're Marutee you'll be given lot of responsibilities. Evey individual need to show responsible and leadership quality in terms of the task assigned. 5. Employees are given liberty to enjoy the work the way they want. Ideas and innovations are always welcomed. 6. You'll not find any Directors as supportive as at Marutee. I can guarantee that. I can add a long list to it. But I guess a place where there is good team work, Good work culture, support and motivation from higher level of Management is all we need for a peaceful work...Read More

There's nothing I dislike about Marutee.

Work Details

As mentioned earlier Marutee gives 2days week off in a week. And leaves for your personal needs are always taken care of.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
