Unlike other MNCs, you'll be experiencing live projects within few days which becomes a plus point when experience and pressure handling is considered. Will get to learn new technologies related to telecom domain with international tours. The company's really growing at an exponential rate which directly benefits employees. Even the hike percentage is good if you are an above average employee.

Dislikes

There isn't a good work culture in the company. No outings, no awards, no appreciation from management. HR team really needs to work hard for up-bringing these negatives.

Work Details

The work's always exciting with new telecom technologies coming up, the company provides to work on live project which will definitely test your skills and ability to handle pressure. Maturity is attained at much faster rate compared to other companies.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
