Mns is good before they hire a good staff now a days they are not hire a good quality which is really effect to ur business .other brands they have good quality of staff.

Dislikes

i think is learning and skill development is very less only the focus is standards and sale for growth so which is not helpful for the future. So long time of period the staff they are working in a same position like 7,8 years they are not being motivated by any of the manager.

Mangers and leadership Team members of this company are very supportive.hr head and hr teams are very supportive.actualy they really think about staffs.whatever I have achieved in my life all due to marks and Spencer. Nothing. I think in every field, there is little bit discomfort. Because in every job you have to face challenges. Any way life is already a challenge so if we will start searching negative things we can not grow up in our life. So just focus on positive things and talk about solutions only, if something is wrong thini about solution. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
