The people running this place are frauds. They don't pay salary and keep you waiting for two three months.. PF is pending for employees as old as 2-3 years and they have no intent to clear it.

Overall, not a place if you want to grow professionally. You will never get appreciated for your hard work and efforts after working for 12 odd hours daily. After performing so well, you'll have to beg the management for appraisal which ultimately questions your dignity. HR is as good as invisible, still an adolescent, thanks to management. Never approach this statup else you will be squeezed.

The company's work culture is pathetic. The manager and team lead set unrealistic targets, and too much is expected too soon from the joinees. They expect the people at Associate and Sr. Associate level to work for 14 hrs daily, while the compensation is exceptionally low i.e., below industry standard. People in the organisation are very helpful and passionate towards the work leading towards towards new learnings and working culture.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn’t care about the issues going inside the individual teams. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Company forces you sign a bond for few positions. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job interesting, but there is no Work life balance as company work on quick clients deliverables with short deadlines leading to daily extensions of working hours. Internal management for Projects are not so good leading towards miss communication.
