It has a really friendly culture and professional working experience, we never had to work as a sales concept more was lead interaction process as a consultant. It was good training on telephone etiquette and other things like CRM and productivity training. major the people will treat us as sales or cold callers. it highly to be in a consultant role.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
