The flexibility of working at MRFR is great specially for research. There's no timing mandate to come to office. You can connect with any one (people from management) from the organisation at any time. Ideas are welcomed at MRFR.

The timeline provided to complete a report is too less like 3,4 days. This hammers the quality of research and knowledge that we gain. The company serves all the requirements from client whether it's feasible or not.

Its very hard. We need work late night and make sure the report is delivered to the client. In order to complete the report in 3,4 days we need work more than 8,9 hours. There's no looking at the our working hours and no one cares.
