The flat structure of the company is it's biggest strength combined with the absence of petty office politics and non-hierarchical work culture makes Market Pulse a smooth professional experience. The openness and transparency of the company, especially from the management makes the leadership accessible and I am better able to understand my place in the company; my contribution to the projects; and professional growth. The company need to hire more strategy oriented people who can steer and lead a product lifecycle and look at the multitude of products in a holistic perspective. Decision making needs to be quicker. The company primarily lacks many of the technological toolset and standard operating procedures, which is helpful in some cases but also is a deterrent in the long run.

Working at Market Pulse has been a great journey, professionally and personally. Each person at Market Pulse is deeply passionate about the work they do and about their interests in life. It is inspiring to watch them and learn from them. Besides that, everyone is humble, fun to work with, innately driven, and compassionate. It is an absolute joy to work and play with them. The company's work culture is employee centric. No working hours, unlimited no question asked paid leaves also the company have a policy for employee's to rejuvenate, the program is called reboot. In reboot the company offers Friday, Saturday & Sunday off in every month and every 3 month Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, also company provide us with a budget to rejuvinate during reboot. So for management, we hate managers at Market Pulse, we don't have any managers and we don't want to, we are given the opportunity to take the responsibility and complete the task. No politics since we have flat hierarcy. We don't have a management team, we have leaders who guide us and show us the path in our personal and professional life as well...Read More
