At this office, I can learn and grow at my own speed. I try to improve my speed at work. The management never puts any pressure on me to be really quick. I get enough time to focus on the quality of my work. It is great that quantity is not the goal of the company. This will help me retain myself for a good team.

Evening breaks are not long. This reduces the time to relax.

Teams work with full commitment and this positively influences me too. I also enjoy when team gatherings happen here. The opportunities to learn never come to an end. Everything is good at this office, from people to work. The managers never misuse their power and position. They are the best at guiding the team members as well. I am happy that they also believe in team decisions instead of deciding everything all by themselves. HR's behavior is also good. This department is friendly and polite.

My concern was to look for a job that had q work-life balance. After coming to Markelytics Solutions, I was finally able to find it. In this office, the managers properly direct how the work is to be done. I am able to do it on time and the pressure is never disappointing. Also, I am doing a professional course for which the time gets easily managed.

Employees are retained here and their performance also gets improved over time. There are various benefits also for the employees. Impactful policies have been formed to ensure that everything remains fine. Another thing to note is that aside from technical skills, other abilities are focused on as well. This is also why my communication problems have been cleared.

Markelytics solutions is a professional company. It employs freshers and teaches them how to Work. There is no over-involvement as such but good guidance which helps me work. Even when I am not working in a team, I can manage tasks on my own because of how I'm guided.

When I joined, teams wouldn't engage much. There were no programs as such that focused on employee engagement. However, I'm well adjusted now.

Markelytics solution has an amazing work environment because of the teams. They make the work enjoyable. The work timings are very flexible. This is ensured for all employees. My workload is not less but there is no intense pressure on me. The deadlines are also relaxed. In its entirety, this office is great.

The management is too busy on certain days. I am unable to connect with it then. Indoor activities to do during breaks are very less.

One great thing about this company is that it keeps the employees busy. The work is scheduled and streamlined beforehand. I am not required to wait every morning for the manager to assign me the tasks on the same day. This saves a lot of my time and I can begin early.

Proper resources are given to the employees. For freshers, Markelytics Solutions is a great place for receiving guidance. I was never made to feel low when I did not know certain things relevant to research. The managers are extremely helpful and their knowledge is quite impressive. Exciting projects are available that keep you fully engaged.

Dislikes

Frequent recognition and awards seem to be missing. My earlier company, where I was an intern, would do them every month.
