Being a researcher requires familiarity with multiple resources and techniques. To improve my knowledge regarding these, I have received excellent training here. I was satisfied with the duration of the training. Afterward as well, for the help I need regarding work, I can approach my manager. He looks forward to helping me even when he is occupied.

Dislikes

For employees, the common perks are decent. There should be additional perks for working mother as well.

Learning skills from the base is a big benefit. The company does not have unrealistic expectations from freshers. It teaches them skills from basic to advanced. Free training sessions are also conducted here. For a complete understanding of my profile, these skills and sessions have been useful.

The expected exposure has been received here. I have been assigned some projects to hone my skills. The clients are very new to me and I am keen on learning about them. I often connect with the team lead for this knowledge. My team lead is majorly knowledgeable and gives me the required learning. I'm getting the best work experience here.

The team lead is quite reliable when my concerns have to be managed. I've got nothing to worry about.

I am a self-motivated individual. This workplace has various aspects that motivate me. So, It is even easier for me to work here. I'm really happy to work under team leads who always motivate me. Good coworkers can positively influence work life. Such colleagues help one another to grow. My coworkers have great collaborative qualities. They are friendly as well as supportive. As I see them working hard, I get motivated for the same. Their helpful nature inspires me also to assist others. They have made my work life very smooth and relaxed.

The top management is transparent. It clearly provides answer to my key concerns. The people who are a part of it keep matters confidential too. I have discussed multiple things with them They have always maintained confidentiality for these. When the top management is so professional, nothing can be wrong in a company.

Since I am a student, I feel that an earlier work shift would have been better for me. Although it is not much of a problem

This is an overall good office with many benefits. Work-life balance is primarily given to the employees. Whether someone is a manger or an executive, this balance is a good benefit. The workplace atmosphere is very likely too. I have also never felt demotivated while working. The managers can be counted on to motivate me.

I had less experience and skill. So, I had to face a few issues, with guidance though, things become smooth for me.

Markelytics has really good management. The people have been carefully and rightly selected to run it. I remember when I was new, I had some concerns. The management made me feel comfortable enough to come and discuss things with it. It has friendly people. They genuinely look after the needs of the employees and try to complete them.

There are many benefits available to work with comfort. But for travel also, some benefits should be provided.

The environment of this office is friendly. I have noticed that the tean is big enough. It has new and old people working in it.
