The quality of staff is very likely. I work with people having good experience and knowledge. They are skilled as well and there is a lot to learn from them. If there were more data analysts on the team, then the work pressure could have been somewhat less.

The work-life balance is amazing here. I remember working in an office where the shift consumed my entire day and I would reach home really late. With Markelytics, I didn't face that issue till now. I also see the managers leaving on time. Work pressure can be there but prolonged work hours are not encouraged here.

Initially, it felt the environment is not good enough since the employees won't connect easily. I had to make the move. They should be more welcoming.

There is no doubt that there is immense work in this office. But there is no work pressure. Healthy stress exists but no one constantly puts pressure on you to reach the deadlines much before the actual date. It is because of this that I get to work in a relaxed atmosphere.

Having good managers also means that the office culture remains good. I would not have been able to work so smoothly if the management and culture had not been so supportive.

Some of the old employees try to pull into politics. They don't focus on their work as much as they do on these things.
