No respect for junior level roles, too much of politics. Managers give job threats out in open. Treat you like sla-ves with most disrespectful managers, in spite of taking up with senior level no solution comes out. No scope for team change. Disrespects your prior experiences with utter humiliation out in open on the open floor. Communication with managers is just horrible and you get no support at all. Manager puts all the burden on your head but when it’s time of review meet they end up presenting nothing in front of super bosses. You seem to look like a someone with no life staying up until late working (not yours but your bosses work assigned to you) if you are someone with no self esteem then this place is all that you need. Managers behaves like executives are shop floor Labour and don't respect executives at all. They managers don't use proper language towards executives. Managers do 100% delegation and don't have their own contribution and approach towards problem solving. There is partiality basis old and newly joined employees. Unnecessarily pressure for KPI without solving identified problems to achieve KPIs. Variable pay 7% targets are always on very higher side so don't expect variable payout. Managers being directly joined as management trainee and they are not aware of ground level operations and their expectations are not aligned with the reality. There is no clarity and proper handover process in supply chain. Team shuffling happens anytime and whenever required. With respect to job activities there is no clarity about what to do and how to do. Managers also don't have much deeper clarity about the same. Company is small so people stay connected with each other in plant.

Its was all up to my manager, he didn't paid me what I deserve and no one interrupted him also. Company thinks if you are overpaid compared to existing employees then you are not deserving to do the job.

This company is bad for your mental health. There is absolutely no work life balance Just because you’re being paid, it is assumed that you can be treated in the most undignified way. Your manager will not want to listen your reasoning. It’s either their way or the highway Prepare to get emails on a daily weekend asking you to be ready with a review first thing Monday
