The management skills are very poor, they make it pretty hard for the employees to feel home and stick around even if they want to, they are the least considerate batch of people I have ever seen.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
