Many things to dislike one of the so-called DGM knows nothing and has no knowledge about anything. He only likes to harsh employees under him and puts unnecessary pressure. He is a very negative person who demotivates others and makes personal attacks through his mouth. He gives the same work to everyone and then blames everyone oneby one for the work. The fun part is that he himself doesn't know about the work just likes to dominate others. The management should identify that so-called fake person of this company and sack him otherwise the work will not move forward because of him and also employees under him will be demotivated and leave the company because of him....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
