Humbly and respectfully, I request everyone to kindly avoid this company at all costs. This is the most toxic company that I've ever worked for, and you wouldn't be able to tolerate the toxic remarks from the so called "director" of the company because those remarks would be extremely personal, disheartening and hurtful. Please avoid this company even if it hires you for a salary which would be tempting for you. Please, avoid it, there are a lot of better companies with better managers and directors who wouldn't make unnecessary and derogatory comments and wouldn't constantly question your capabilities based on a few mistakes. I was hired within 2 days of submitting my resume. Some of the employees are working here more than 20 yrs.

Dislikes

It's a family run business. Totally Lala ji mentality. No growth. Salary deducted for absenteeism or late coming even by 5 min even if you are coming in company bus. High politics and blame games. Mostly created by the owner. People here work for peanuts.

Very big company. And so many facilities like holidays. 28 leave cards .

Dislikes

Salary structure is very low. We did not get bonus after submitting resign letter and after getting gratuity. They promised us that they will provide our pending bonus at the correct time. But still we did not get that.
