Mallcom is a Place for Excellent Learning it depends on person how they are thinking.. As per my experience its an excellent place to learn, gain vast experience in sales across different states.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits - Do your work but dont expect anything from management.. if you have more expectations then its not a right place to be there. For Sales guys who is travelling a lot also they will not provide insurances.

Nothing. I was been taken as a Admin & Security Officer for their upcoming Ghatakpukur factory. At the time of the interview I was been told that till the time the Ghatakpukur is live (which will take atleast 4 month) I will be based at their Kasba factory and sometimes I have to visit Ghatakpur. But after I joined here, I was been regularly told to visit Ghatakpur for no good reason. Ghatakpukur is a under-construction site with zero amenities available, still I visited 9 times within my tenure of 26 days in this company and put forward my reports to the management regarding Security and safety infrastructure to be built. But the management team along with the MD completely ignored my report and fully focused into how they will bound me to station for a whole day in that under-construction site. No KRA has been created, no job description is discussed. Suddenly after working here for 26 days they realised that I am not able to deliver them what they want, which they themselves not able specify and forcefully bounded me to put my resignation. I was well settled in my previous company before Mallcom but now I am unemployed and struggling for a new job. To start- there is nothing to like in Mallcom! If you are unemployed and need money before you find a real job, you can choose this company in cade you are left with no other choice on Earth! But if you had are inefficient with zero job knowledge, zero working skills and with skills in office politics and you are a sycophant you are th best fit here. Starting with the long list of dislikes , 1)it has very low salary standards (refer.naukri insights) 2) Growth and acknowledgement are missing words in their dictionary 3) Unprofessional work environment, gossip gangs,flirty conversations, high pitch screams, will shock you initially 4) Equal pay and opportunities lack , a complete gender based approach is followed. A woman here gets roses and chance to appear on fake social media celebrating women's day but lacks proper respect, equal pay or projects treating them as second class citizen with embarrasing comments. 5) Executives are sometimes treated as office peon to bring food at manager's table, carrying print outs to table<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Managers usually steal their ideas/work/ projects to balance their incompetency </mark> 6) Sons/Daughters of existing employees enjoy special privileges here(refer. social media) with double promotion and high salary less than a year....Read More
