Very nice construction company very good environment & culture all team members are very supportive policies of company are very good atmosphere in company working is nice salary is getting on time to time no delay in salary salary getting fixed on date 7

Not getting increment time to time as per told during interview no incentive for any changllenging project work

Work Details

Job is very nice struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learnt at that time then I get opportunity to prove myself now I can do independent work upto amount 5 cr. I got very well knowledge about construction.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
