Being an International school ,The school has to follow the decent guidelines for its employees but there you will not find a good work environment ,you have to be work with callous, indiscipline people with no knowledge of education.As this school in village so definitely you going to be encountered with that level of co-workers.No.increament ,no appraisal ,and no appreciation at all.

There is no leaves policy for Admin.Depart. Absolutely no job security there inspite of your hard work ,your dedication.No matter how much you have experience and and knowledge in your field become futile and vanished in one night.

Management decisions nt good so terrible horrible decision education level is so poor experience is very poor teaching staff is nt well experienced salary is nt good management is so poor work satisfication is so poor thry could not understand work experience.........job security is nothing ...
