Dislikes

This company is a lala company, without any structure or work life balance. They will cut your salary even if you leave 10 mins before completing 9 hours. The HR's will constantly pester you for breaks or leaves. Forced resignations . The founder of this company is himself confuse with the vision and doesnt value good loyal employees. If you want your mental health to be stable dont join here.

Overall work environment. Fun fridays and party's are often held to light the work pressure. Flexible timing only you have to do 9 hours complete at work. Other activities for employees like health checkup and fun activities. Leaves are easily accepted.

No appraisals, even if you are handling the 3 to 4 persons work single handedly. No implementation of plans, no any recognition for your hard word or smart work, no promotions on the basis of your work.
