Not supported in case of 3PL site problems. Poor HR support due to third party engagement. Salary not as per work profile this as per CTC. HR plays with me and taken benefit of unemployed condition, offered lower ctc and responsibility offered higher side.

JWorking at this company has been an absolute nightmare. The office culture is toxic, and it feels more like a battleground than a workplace. 1. Pathetic Politics: The workplace is rife with favoritism and office politics. Promotions and growth opportunities seem to be based more on who you know than what you can do. Those who engage in gossip and backstabbing are the ones that get ahead, while hard workers are left behind with no recognition. 2. Hindu-Muslim Conflict: Unfortunately, this company has allowed religious divisions to seep into the workplace, creating a highly uncomfortable environment for employees. There's a lot of tension between different groups, which not only affects productivity but also creates a deeply hostile atmosphere. 3. No Work-Life Balance:Expect to work long hours with little to no regard for personal time. Work-life balance is nonexistent, and even when you try to maintain boundaries, senior management expects you to prioritize work above everything else. Weekends? Forget about them. 4. Senior Pressure: The pressure from senior leadership is unbearable. They're constantly breathing down your neck, demanding results without providing proper support or guidance. If you're unable to meet unrealistic expectations, you’re left facing blame and harsh criticism. 5. No Dignity:There’s a lack of respect for employees at all levels. Managers and even some colleagues treat others with utter disdain, making you feel like you're just a cog in the machine with no regard for your well-being. It’s demoralizing and exhausting. 6. Unprofessional Environment: This company lacks professionalism at every level. There’s no clear communication, no direction, and no accountability. You're constantly left in the dark about important decisions, and everyone is too busy playing politics to actually do meaningful work. Pathetic company.. They do everything for TRP.

Dislikes

They can ask you anytime to resign without any reason, even if you get good rating from your manager in appraisal. As they got loss in one business they ask so many employees to resign without citing any reason and without thinking how they run their families. No values for employees.

Increment cycle not as per the industries standard. Performance calibrations need to improve. Rating dose not play role in increment percentage. Promotions dose not play role in hike of salaries. Employee engagement is not that good, far away from industry trend. it is limited to audience, employees on remote locations not getting noticed for their performance.

1. Wok-life balance - has to come on duty in weekly off days. And it is mandatory. 2. Salary benefits - No way 3. Promotion - if you will need to promote then you need to leak 4. Job security - this will be your dream, but it's not true at all. 5. Work satisfaction - there have no any satisfaction, until you left the job permanently. 6. Company Culture - this will get you surely in trouble.
