•Craft compelling case studies by structuring narratives, outlining key challenges, solutions implemented, and measurable results achieved.

• Thoroughly review case studies for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards Sales Support
• Creating sales pitch presentations
• Maintaining repository of sales support documents & case studies Market Intelligence
• Gathering industry insights through primary and secondary research

• Creating market intelligence reports Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify potential case study opportunities, gather necessary information, and ensure alignment with company messaging.

Case Study Content Development

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any stream with 2-3 years of experience with content creation '

• Prior experience in writing case studies, preferably within a relevant industry
• Background in marketing, business development, or customer success & B2B industry experience is preferable
• Strong Writing and Editing Skills: Excellent ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive written content
• Storytelling Skills: Capability to craft compelling narratives that highlight the impact of solutions and resonate with the target audience
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to collect information and gather feedback
• Research Skills: Proven ability to conduct thorough research and gather relevant information from multiple sources
• Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze complex data and extract meaningful insights
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple case studies simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
