Specialist - ERP Platform

Role & responsibilities

• Partner with Business Process Owners and Technical teams to define business requirements. Translate business requirements into documented functional and technical specifications. Design and execute test plans to ensure business objectives are met.
• Perform SAP configuration, implementation and support in an S/4 HANA environment. Ensure adherence to quality standards and change processes
• Develop business relationships and integrate activities with Finance counterparts, other IT groups and external partners to ensure successful implementation and support • Support SAP integration with peripheral systems
• Provide primary end user support for the SAP FI/CO, Purchasing and Sales modules. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of end user problems as well as performing routine system maintenance checks and corrective actions such as correct system configuration defects, maintaining interfaces to SAP, fixing/enhancing WRICEFS where applicable.
• interact with business users and team members to understand problems, prioritize needs, collect requirements, and follow through on commitments
• Communicate SAP capabilities to IT and business functions

Candidate Requirement description (Functional Area)

• Bachelor's Degree within Information Systems, Procurement process.
• 4+ years of experience configuring and supporting SAP MM
• 6+ years of experience working in a procurement related field preferred
• Experience in implementation of S4HANA is preferable
• Knowledge of MM integration with Finance Processes
• Understanding of SAP S/4 Functionality and configuration in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay. • Knowledge of core ERP Master Data (Material Master, Vendors, Customers, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of interface constructs such as IDocs and EDI
• Ability to work independently under limited supervision.

Qualification - Bachelor in Engineering
