This year apraisal is so far late that is only think to dislike, apart from that everything is well and good.

I m handling gujarat state, my wrork is call the mahindra finance customer ,who are taked loan from mahindra finance ...my work is call the that customer for convaince and the take policy is life nd health .

Company policies are good but you can avail post-confirmation and the Confirmation period is Six Months not 3 Months.

Dislikes

Management looks superficial , no sync between the HO and the RO, MIBL is a small Bussiness Unit of the Mahindra Finance, nothing is in the place right from the HR to the IT Dep. It is equivalent to a PSU unit

Work Environment is good, all teammates are full supportive, new management is not transparent then company policies also changes and average, they not give good salary hike every year. Multitasking job.

Dislikes

Politics in retail people. Bossism ,unwanted rules. Appraisel good for only senior people. Rich will be more rich every year and poor will become more poor. No system of tracking and booking policies. Your incentive will be released 15,18 months that will also max get deducted.
