Management don’t care about the employees. Salaries of employees are so low and top of that you won’t even get good appraisal and hike. Think twice before joining this organisation. MIBL have recently implemented Laying off system. They will layoff anyone before prior notice. People who have been working from 10-15 years are layedoff.

Mid level managers are not supported to grow ground team in terms appraisal promotions to management,work balance also not manageable.

Dislikes

Salary hike not up to the mark if achieve annual target 100% and more than ,variables policy announced very late after completing 100%

All is good /salary -incentive/transport facilities/foods / no pressure about call and leads soft calling 6 months work process it’s hard be 6 months rest of process
