Work Environment is good, all teammates are full supportive, new management is not transparent then company policies also changes and average, they not give good salary hike every year. Multitasking job.

Politics in retail people. Bossism ,unwanted rules. Appraisel good for only senior people. Rich will be more rich every year and poor will become more poor. No system of tracking and booking policies. Your incentive will be released 15,18 months that will also max get deducted.
