Appraisal system very bad I am received appreciation from branch by 7 times but once appraisal time only 6% appraisal given by manager which is approx 1600-1800 hundred for promotion fake commitment only.there is sale login process in night time 10:15 to 12 pm daily basis but company not give any extra pay also if appraisal system very bad.... Rapid development of lots of skills. Will really benefit over long term in personal and professional life. For a 21 yo graduate aspiring to go for an MBA program in marketing can do it in this job working for around 3 years. Very hard work required. Will provide edge over other sales professionals for sure.

Dislikes

Work life balance is almost impossible. Lack of routine. Company’s policy to clawback earned incentives. Highly disorganised KRA. Too much travel fatal to physical and mental well being. Ethics is in papers only, compromised often to achieve sales. Un sustainable for extended period of time. Not recommend for a married person as leaving home for many days is frequent.

they do harassment till you are not going to give resign and apart from this their existing customers are not happy earlier sales team make fake promises to clients to achieve their targets and they also not give your full final settlement after resign upper level managers are fraud totally
