The company has started by Mahindra & Mahindra to promote multi brand automobile concept in India. I feel proud to be a part of Business Excellence department for whole North India. As a result, I get travel to most of the cities of North. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and cities.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure was very high. I was reporting to two bosses so It's very typical to manage to both bosses works at same time.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work was slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire North Region Units for Business Excellence activities of Process adherence, 5S implementation & Kaizen activities.

You get personal life here. you can actually enjoy personal life as well which usually doesn't get in corporates. Senior management will never consider ground staff in decision making and have no idea what exactly happens in the reality and make decisions which helps no one. As usual HR will never ever respond to your calls.

Dislikes

Management doesn't care about the feedbacks. HR or seniors are not keen on basics. What happens in reality , issues will never be listened.

There are very unpredictable situations right now in the company many senior managers resign from the organisation.

Dislikes

Shortage of manpower 1 person must handle multiple work it’s very difficult to balance work and family life even at the month you have to work on Sunday also. You can’t take leave in month end & closing of month end activity. My personal opinion not to choose this organisation for job security purpose.

Any time, they announced that, process is going to shut down, if uper management is failed to understand the business, why employees should penetrate, there is no job transfer into other departments, you need to resign from your job. It very bad thing.
