This is not about MFC but was unlucky to have such a bad managerial experience for my ex boss. No hybrid option. No appraisal pay for nearly 1 & half year. No incentives. Salary bar is lowest as compared to market standards. Never had bonus. Even Saturday Sunday we need to work.
