There was nothing good in this company except salary on time.

It was a worst experience ever in my career, too much politics between south people and north people, worst management, infinite working hour, they always force to work beyond the shift time, if you will follow the shift timings I am sure you will be fired very soon, I worked at Chennai mount road branch and I would like to point out some worst management members like Mr. Anand, Mr. Rajesh and Mrs. Linda, they will do lots of politics. I would never recommend anyone to work with these fellows. And remember if you handling good in your team you won't get appreciation or incentive but another works loads. They will fully support south indian people and pretend to be supportive with north indian people. On month end last 2-3 days they will force you to work overnight even your project is finished you have to stay and do others work, but they will feed you dinner in compensation....Read More

Work Details

The work was good.. have to coordinate with the Engineers and clients, you can learn this in a month after that nothing new to learn. Just repeat that work that's it.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
