Politics in Bangalore location in Software development center Team. Appraisal happened in the range of 2-5%. HR dont concerned about employee( i have not spoken to any of HR in my 2 year of working yet). If you have good relation with your manager then you will be safe, however my manager changed 4 th times in last 2 years.

The staff and the my colleagues in which I feel safe and lots of knowledge gain from them and a sincere employee I have manage many things regarding yard problems which are not so well and I maintain with help of my manager and I am now good to deal with lots of negotiation maintenance and a resourceful work.
