I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. You get personal life here. you can actually enjoy personal life as well which usually doesn't get in corporates. Senior management will never consider ground staff in decision making and have no idea what exactly happens in the reality and make decisions which helps no one. As usual HR will never ever respond to your calls.
