The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt lot's in this job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The staff and the my colleagues in which I feel safe and lots of knowledge gain from them and a sincere employee I have manage many things regarding yard problems which are not so well and I maintain with help of my manager and I am now good to deal with lots of negotiation maintenance and a resourceful work.

Any time, they announced that, process is going to shut down, if uper management is failed to understand the business, why employees should penetrate, there is no job transfer into other departments, you need to resign from your job. It very bad thing.
