Company culture is good.

Not any chance of career growth. Work pressure is very high. I've to work 12 hrs daily without any compensation. Management doesn't not value an individual's unique strengths. Also there is no on job training for fresher, hence I have to guide them step by step which is painful sometimes.

The staff and the my colleagues in which I feel safe and lots of knowledge gain from them and a sincere employee I have manage many things regarding yard problems which are not so well and I maintain with help of my manager and I am now good to deal with lots of negotiation maintenance and a resourceful work.
