No Training to the new hired employess, no career growth, politics, poor work environment at branch level specially for girls, mental harassment by senior members of the company sitting at branch level, there is no work life balance

I worked as an AM in Business Excellence department (which is a slightly better dep). prior to this i was in sales as a Management Trainee and as an MT it was the worst experience of my life in MMFSL cos of the person i was reporting to kindly avoid sales
