Company norms is good ,but managers working style is bad,as they are very seniors in this company they are working in old fashion,their decision making is poor,other than that HR policies & company norms & team mate's are very good and supportive.

Compensation is decent,no recognition for work,no work life balance.no team outings,no interaction between team members,no proper guidance by manager

.work timings are too long affecting work-life balance .Though workdays are monday to saturday, asked to work on Sundays as well and didnot get any compensatory dayoff .No facilities provided by company such as transport,cafetaria .There are no team outings.
